On 12/27/21, David Philips, the person who fixed the sliding glass door did fix one problem(the sliding glass door) but I needed to also replace the door handle because it couldnt lock. He said he'd order one for me and call me when it came in to schedule an appt. for installation. Fasr fwd to 1/31/22: I have texted him 4x's regarding the status of the ordered part and he keeps stringing me along, saying he'll get to it next week. It's now very obvious he's just ghosting me. I would NOT recommend this company based on my experience
