"I needed a garage door opener installed, and I remembered Bob & Bob Door had been servicing this area for many, many years so I felt comfortable that they would do a good job and could be trusted. I called to set up an appointment for the installation.
<br /> Two repairmen came as scheduled, and proceeded with the installation. A little over an hour later, they came knocking on my back door to tell me they were done with the installation. I went out to inspect the job, and noticed the door seemed to be struggling. They pointed out the old tracks were the problem and suggested operation of the door would be smoother and quieter if they were replaced. I agreed and so they proceeded to replace both tracks.
<br /> I was very glad they brought this to my attention while they were still here as it made such a big difference in the overall operation of the door. It has been several months since the installation and the door works perfect every time. They are the best and I highly recommend them.

He assesed what was wrong and checked the door for service needed. This door was never serviced for the past 12 years and was loud and squeaky. Jason removed the broken spring and installed a new one. He ensured proper tension and adjusted the door. He lubercated all moving parts. He found the drive belt in the closer was in poor shape and near breaking, He replaced the belt. The door is now quiet and seems better than new. He was very reasonable in his charge. I found him to be honest and trustworthy.
