It's been 9 months and no one will return my calls nor have they come to fix what they damaged! They ruined my lawn and never came back to replace the soil they dug up! They ruined my basement floor and I had to replace my entire floor! They said they would be out to test the sump pump and drains that were installed, again, it's been 9 months and no one has followed up with me! I'm really concerned that the lifetime warranty they say I have even exists!"

You don't see too many genuine business owners who are honest with you from the start. I could not have been more pleased. "I've been using MW Robinson for years for routine furnace and A/C maintenence and plumbing emergencies. I called in the morning when my hot water heater died, and they installed a new one that same day. They've also installed my new furnance and A/C, replaced an old outside spigot, replaced my toilet, and replaced old pipework. The technicians are courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They take the time to answer my questions (I have a lot of them!). They respond very quickly to calls, and services are usually performed on the same day. If they leave and something's not completely right, they make it right. For example, the lid to my new toilet tank was wobbly and there was a manufacturer's mark underneath the toilet seat (visible only when you lifted the seat to clean underneath the toilet seat). I noticed this after the plumber had finished installing the toilet. I called MW, and they replaced the entire toilet! Exceptional customer service!"
