Their price is reasonable and very fair for what I get. When they come out, they call and inform their secretary. When they leave, they will checkout with the secretary. After contacting a few different services we decided to go with Scott for the repair of our law. Scott displayed great knowledge of lawn care and explained his philosophy on helping to maintain a customers lawn. Scott sprayed our lawn and returned 3 weeks later to de-thatch and reseed the lawn. Although there are still a few bare spots the majority of the lawn has rebounded and looks wonderful and Scott will be re-seeding the remaining bad spots this fall. Although Scotts was slightly more expensive than one of the bigger companies we considered we were very pleased with the personal interaction which was well worth the extra cost. The only drawback with working with Scotts was that it sometimes took a while before our calls were returned. Overall we are very pleased with the services provided by Scotts and have decided to use their services for all our lawn care needs
