Mr. Rooter had all my contact information on file, they came within hours right when they said they would. My house was well built in its day but old original plumbing takes care to not be damaged. He showed me in the basement underneath the affected bathroom where and what was the likely blockage This guy is professional, explained everything well and communicates well, very efficient, could not have been neater or more cordial."

I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."
