"They were great! They came in next day and mounted my TV (65in) over the fireplace within an hour. My mount was the MantleMount 540 - a pretty complicated one. They quickly learned it and got it up there efficiently and effectively. "On the morning of February 8th, 2021, I awoke to a cold house and instantly panicked. My furnace had stopped working and I went through one horrible senario after another - frozen pipes, ruined interior, etc. The outside temperature was in the single digits, and I assumed the inside temperature would soon match it. I Googled furnace repair and the first name on the list was Kobella's. They had the best rating and found out why. Mike T. and his partner Bobby replaced my furnace and got my heat back with a minimum of disruption to my daily life. Mike showed up at 8:30 am on the 8th, carefully examined the furnace, pronounced it DOA with a detailed explanation as to why, and suggested two different models of new furnaces. He managed to get the old furnace running for one more night and left me four space heaters to protect me and the house in case the furnace failed during the night. The next day Mike and Bobby showed up promptly at 8:30 pm and replaced the furnace, installed new duct work, sealed it, installed a new thermostat and showed me how to use it, all in about 5 hours. My house is toasty and I am happy. Thanks Mike and Bobby."

"As I required my things moved from Florida to the mid-west, this was not a particularly cheap move.  That said, I think their price was reasonable, and they were able to make my move work with little lead time which was even better.  They did ask at one point to change my dates, when I was not able to do so, they lived up to their word and kept my dates as promised.
An additional plus was that they were able to store my things for a while due to a lag time between leaving my old place and my new living quarters becoming available - very handy!
The only thing I can really think of that has been a minor annoyance, is that they unscrewed my TV from its stand, and upon delivery gave no indication of where the bolts to reassemble them are.  Upon unpacking all I have not found them, and as they are an unusual size/shape they are not easily replaced.
Other than that oddity, the teams at both ends loaded and unloaded quickly, and I would use their services again.
