MST Contracting LLC

MST Contracting performed excellent work updating our “tired” spare bathroom. Drywall, plumbing, flooring, painting and some on the spot problem solving were all completed as quoted. Zach Suba even went above and beyond to help move some furniture. While we are very pleased with the updated bath, we are more appreciative of Zach’s professional work ethic and gentlemanly character. We highly recommend MST Contracting and will readily have them back when needed.

I had my kitchen remodeled by MST. They did a WONDERFUL! job. I was kept informed at all times. They were on time every day.

Zach and MST Contracting, LLC helped us get started on our basement finishing project. We went from bare basement to drywalled rooms in no time! They work quickly and efficiently, communication is top notch, and he is very knowledgeable. He is open to ideas that we had but also has great ideas of his own that he will share if needed. We were so impressed we went right into phase 2 of the project! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone for any project big or small!

MST is run by an excellent young local contractor. He is a good mechanic, shows up on time and cleans up when he’s done! His prices are reasonable, too.

I was iimpressed that with a brief outline for the TV stand that I wanted built for an 88" display that included a very heavy metal stand the display was connected to, that the stand turned out to be much more than I had wanted. It was the perfect additon to my home theater.

Drywall & flooring were installed! It takes a special construction company to not only provide quality work but to keep in contact with the clients and recognize that timeliness, clean-up, conversation, and comprehension are all a very important part of the package. I am extremely happy with MST contracting and having been a 'do-it-yourselfer' for the past 40 years I am very particular in whom I hire for projects and their knowledge of it. The MST contractors are respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and show the customers that their schedule is also important with getting the job done. There were no surprises with the estimate, the pricing is reasonable, and the workmanship is exemplary! In addition I believe MST CONTRACTORS care about their relationship with the client! There are some general contractors that are vague, or rude, or don't care if the client is waiting an extra 3 or 4 hours for them to show up for work, or those who charge extra for delivery of materials, or even estimates --this company does not "do" those things that customers find annoying.
