"Rhonda was very helpful in setting up the appointment and Myke did an excellent job of cleaning the fireplaces that have not been cared for in years. He also prompted made some repairs to ensure animals are not getting into the chimney. In addition provided details on repairs needed to ensure safety and structural integrity of the fireplaces. "We chose Nick from Shortfix to repair our dishwasher, which had a blocked drain. This happened on a Saturday and, not surprising, many firms are closed for the weekend. Nick was available, so we scheduled an appointment and he arrived at the appointed time. He went right to work and promptly completed the necessary work. Nick was very courteous snd professional. I will not hesitate to call him if we have a problem with another one of our appliances."
