Unity water has been in business since 1954.In 1985 we became a Kinetico dealer.We service the northwest corner of Ohio.Kinetico is made in Newbury,Ohio keeping Ohioians working.We feel our products are as ''green'' as water conditioning products get.Kinetico's softners don't use electricity,so their's no timers to set. It uses soft water to clean itself so your salt usage is half compared to most units.It uses very little water to clean itself so that's another big savings.Plus you get a complete parts waranty until two thousand and 20 that's a long time!!! Kinetico's drinking water units have a 500 gallon meter shut off built right in!! The new K5 reverse osmosis unit gives 3 times the pressure as most units. The filters replace really easy [a quarter turn]Again the parts are warantied until 2020!!If you need plumbing done we can do it.We service Kleck and Autotrol units also.We'll look at any type of softner or filter and if we can't fix it we won't charge you. 800-886-5585

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
