"Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

Three issues have arisen. First, we have photographs demonstrating that the driveway was not cut within 3 days of being poured; the American Concrete Standards say that it should be cut within 24 hours. Second, for a 4 inch deep driveway (which is standard in Ohio), the cuts should be 1 inch deep. Our cuts are only 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep, which has caused the cracking and crumbling issues. Third, the apron is 12-14 feet in length and the maximum length is should be is 10 feet (again pursuant to the American Concrete Institute standards). "
