The work was done in 1 day as promised. It’s been 5 months. I had a small leak where the shower frame meets at the bottom in the corner. I contacted customer service and the problem was a quick fix with caulking. The initial installers were professional, respectful of my home and cleaned up after the installation. I spoke with Bob who checked with Andy (owner) who then had Todd come out the VERY SAME DAY to do the job! I know how busy they are and I fully expected to wait until they had time in their schedule for this repair. Todd did an excellent job fixing the gaping hole in record time! These guys were awesome!
