I had a project $90,000 and he took payment for 60,000. He never finished the project. He never showed up at work He use three different company name 1st pick Choice Renew Lld 1st Choice Renew Lld Now he tried to use save a dime And he use his name (Name Removed) last name.(Name Removed) Before you hired a guy, please check in the website. I found out he got lawsuit against him He took Peoples money up till October 25, 2024. There is many people before that. Started out well. Then there was no finish work on edges of new deck. The old wood has rotted, and ends of composites are coming up. It was also promised that screw holes would be filled in. Said they would come out on the day after Memorial Day of this year,: do the sides for $980. We did pay for the initial work, and stupidly assumed that edges were part of initial deal. We are in our 80 and for safety needed to have rotted wood replaced. Now the boards that meet in the middle have edges coming up. They will not reply to any of multiple phone calls, and now it seems like phones are no longer operating with those numbers. These people are definitely con artists! Beware!

We had 1st Choice Renew LLC install a smaller French drain and catch basin for us. They had straightforward and fair pricing, stayed in constant contact, repaired my yard the best they could, and we are very happy with their work. We would definitely used them again for other projects.

This company took $7600 to do a kitchen renovation. They in stalled tile that will need to be completely replaced. They installed cabinets that were the wrong size. They destroyed items in garage and my house due to carelessness. Then, they stopped showing up to fix the problems and finish the job. So not only have I paid them for work that was not completed but now it is going to cost me to repair the damage that they have created. They committed to returning part of my money but that has never happened. I have started the litigation process. If you have had this happen to you please drop me an email.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME I reached out to 1st Choice Renew LLC for some general work to be completed on my home. 1st Choice Renew came out and quoted the project. On acceptance of the estimate 1st Choice Renew sent me a contract via Rocket Attorney to sign. I signed the contract and 1st Choice Renew scheduled me to start work on Monday August 28th at 9:30AM. on the 28th at 9:29AM I recieved an email stating that "Our scheduled crew for your project is still at there morning job it ran over I will keep you posted on when they are headed your way! " That email is the very last communication I have received from 1st Choice Renew. I have sent numerous emails and phone calls but have not been able to make contact with them.
