I contacted Them to wallpaper a 54 inch by 54 inch by 8ft half bath. I was going to have everything in the little bath removed. I was also going to do the prep work; which included painting the little ceiling and removing the border. All he had to do was hang the wallpaper. I had everything he needed. The wallpaper is a simple drop match. In addition, there are really only three walls. The door takes up most of one of the walls. The job could have been completed in less than four hours. I wallpapered for 30years. I had him peg as being slick two minutes after he walked into my house. He spent to much time looking around in my house. I suspect that he was trying to figure out just how high he jack the price. The job was so simple that he could have emailed me the estimate the next day, but he did not. After two days I started emailing saying that I am waiting for the estimate, he would respond with oh its coming. However, he still had not mailed it to me. I kept emailing him, and he kept saying that its coming. Until the last time I emailed him, and he responded by saying that he mailed. I responded by saying that makes no sense, and I said why didn?t you just email me the quote instead of putting it in the mail. He then responded by saying he didn?t have my email address. Really!! My first contact with this company was via email, and ever subsequent contact was via email. Lastly, I replied my saying all you had to do was return the email; just like you have in the past. He knew he was up to no good. He was clearly tying to take advantage!!! The so called trades people on Angie?s List of some of shadiest and slickest people I think that I have ever encountered. The old corner gas stations ran themselves out of business with the same kind of behavior. It is lost, because I had intended to have a lot of interior work done this up coming year.

"Keppo Interiors will begin its work on our Bay Village home this week.  My husband and I quickly decided to contract with the company after meeting Kevin Teppo regarding our multiple needs and concerns about our 1948 home.  Kevin is a very knowledgeable professional whose total concern was learning about our home, ourselves and our vision.  Despite past poor experience with other firms, we knew during his first visit with us that we had found the right firm to work with.  This is because Kevin never tried to sell us anything, but unselfishly shared his time and expertise as we reviewed our most pressing needs.

We met with Kevin for two hours on a Thursday night and on Sunday afternoon gave him, with thanks, our $3,000 down payment.  Before any payment was made or paperwork finalized, Kevin repaired a closet in one of the bedrooms because he could and because helping is just who he is. We called Teppo Interiors because of their A-Plus Angie's List rating and glowing reviews.  I can already vouch that the reviews are there  to guide people in making a good decision to "go with" Teppo. 

He is professional, knowledgeable, and all about catering to the customer.  I can assure anyone considering home contractors to include Teppo Interiors in the quoting process.  I've been down this road before and feel certain the homeowner(s) will find the experience very positive."

"I feel extremely fortunate to have found Vicki through Angie's List !  She is an extremely talented person who is very easy to deal with. She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! "Mr. Farnsworth arrived on time and went about his work.   He was very clean and efficient (as you may know plaster & drywall can be quite messy.)  He did a nice job of leveling out the layers of the ceiling and matched the Mediterranean pattern very closely to the original.  I went back to paint the ceiling and now it looks like new.  That was really great service work and I would recommend him to anyone who has a similar need or it completing new construction.
