Very friendly and advise me to what else I needed pertaining to power washing my house and some yard work. Wilber power wash my deck which was badly needed he made it come back to the natural color.My grandson who is 7 say he would grade him with an A if he was being graded by an teacher .Great job will use him again,plus the price was reasonable. My only issue is the issue I have with other cleaning services. I do not need such a deep cleaning every two weeks. I always hear reasons why once a month isn't enough. For me, that deep cleaning is once a month is what I need.
