"Bob Perkins was responsive and punctual. His quote was very competitive and won out over 2 other bids. Chris installed our replacement 16 ft. X 16 ft. deck and 2-tier stairs with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. We installed a 2 color deck with a contrasting "picture frame" border and cross-shaped divider in the middle, which complicated the installation. Bob is a man of his word and we highly recommend Deck & Fence Renewal Systems. Extremely happy."

"I recently hired Tri State Complete Home Repair to install a step and hand rail to my sister's home for easier access. Tri State Complete Home Repair responded right away and within 24 hours of my search! Tim listened to my concerns and came up with a solution that works very well. So well in fact that I had them come to my house the next day and install hand rails at the entrance of my home. The workmanship was great and Jim, the carpenter was wonderful! He listened to our concerns, came up with a plan and made it work! The job he did was sturdy and very secure. The job site was totally cleaned up afterwards. "They completed the entire roofing project in two days time. However, the inside trim work around the skylights has been delayed for three weeks. The good thing is that I've held back a hefty amount of monies to finish paying off the project. I get there are delays based upon who does what type of specialty work. The carpenter is scheduled for next week Tuesday. We'll see."
