Property Professionals offer real estate investors/owners an alternative to traditional property management companies. We created a concept known as property care-taking and it is a very efficient and cost effective approach to obtain services that resemble traditional property management without the high costs typically associated with management companies. Our goal is to make your property profitable by working close with owners and investors an allowing our clients to control the direction of their real estate investment. Our company has been offering services since 2008 and currently represent a world-wide client base.

Rodney and Sarah are terrific, they are simply the best! Honest responsive professionals that will give you an honest opinion and options to work with while supporting you on whatever decision you make.
We had a previous property manager who was in my opinion “Garbage”. With this guy the building lost every tenant it had and we were at a point of giving up on the building and letting it remain abandoned or even worse possibly letting it go into foreclosure. In talking to our realtor he suggested that I contact Rodney Kosak of Property Professionals.
Rodney and his team came in and gutted the building, they did a complete clean out. They painted, fixed plumbing issues, replaced light fixtures, fixed electrical issues, carpentry work, and cleaned carpets. He stayed in constant contact with me letting my wife and I know what was going on daily

The building needed a lot of work and Rodney and Sarah were up to the task. They are still working at improving the property and I am glad to say we have been informed that we have two new tenants scheduled to move in the next few weeks!!!!!
