"Mike showed up the next morning. He is very knowlegdeable, thorough and helpful. He is very personable and talks in lay terms. He was ready to do whatever it took to make our house right again--the damage was extensive on the front of our home behind the clapboard (not visible until we removed them) and involved a window wall and structural members of the framing. He would have pulled crews from other jobs to help us. His estimate was right in line with other estimates we received. I would agree with other reviewers that he seemed to have a high degree of integrity--there was a level of honesty and openness you do not often see in other contractors. We were fairly certain that we wanted to have Bradford Xteriors do the work until we talked with our insurance company.
