With the increasing cost of R22 Freon we knew the time was near and a spring replacement was planned. That was before the blower motor in the furnace started to make a terrible noise and quickly failed, moving up our timeline. We had already done our research and decided on a Trane system. Based on overwhelming positive reviews and a co-worker referral, we decided to call Westin Air for an evaluation and quote. Our experience with Cathy, Westin's sales rep, was very pleasant - a full assessment of our needs and review of our options and no hard sell. The system suggested was the Trane S9V2 furnace with the XL18i air conditioner. Since our A/C was not working, installation was scheduled within a few days. The installation crew was incredible. They put tarps down on the hardwood floor and went above and beyond when it came to being careful. They cleaned up inside and out to the point you would never have known they were at the house. Our experience with Westin Air mirrored all of the positive reviews we read online. The office staff, salesperson and install team were all enjoyable to work with. There was a sense of honesty and integrity in everyone we encountered. There would be no hesitation to recommend Westin Air."

"They could not use the furnace that was advertised, they had to upgrade. Something about a down flow and up flow. The one being offered was either down flow or up flow, I cant remember, and I needed the other one so they had to upgrade it. I spend several hundred dollars more then that. I thought that they were prompt, the guy that came in explained everything in detail to me, showed me how to install the filter. He created it so I could easily install the filter which I couldn't on the other one. He was patient, took his time, and what was required to do a professional job. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself and was good."

"Initially, the instal went as planned. However, upon leaving the installer told me the tub faucet might move a little. If it did, I was told “just push it back” into position. However, the next morning there was a rather large water spot (2 feet in diameter) on the kitchen ceiling. In total three trips to my home were needed to correct all issues but one. The face bowl lever is buried behind the spout and very difficult to reach/use. At that moment, I decided not to seek another attempted repair."

Mike called me before arriving and was very prompt. He was very polite and professional and took time to fully inspect the unit. It turns out a new unit was needed and he went through my options and quoted prices. The pricing is very competitive. A new unit was scheduled for installation the next day. The AC installation was done very professionally. During the install a crack was found in the heat exchanger of the furnace. Again exceptional service was provided from quote to install. Big shot out to Mike Brown, Brock, Haidar, Brian and Dakota. There was another gentlemen with Brock and I can’t remember his name. So sorry!!
