So what do you think- you pay 13 grand to prote c t you from power outages but when it is faulty you are at the mercy of what appears to be a lack of technicians and VERY poor service. Its April 29 and havent heard back from them. The say they will call back and dont. Recommend you stay away frpm thi compNy!"

He never communicated a specific day, and when he finally said he was planning to come, I let him know I had a renter that day. After additional follow ups from me, he sent a quote for nearly $1,000 more to ?fix? the driveway by rolling and compacting it, which is the exact work that should have been done the first time. I had already paid several thousand dollars for a fresh driveway, so being asked to pay extra just to have the job done correctly was surprising and frustrating. I asked if we could meet in the middle on the added cost, and never heard back."
