I called the company and they said shut off the gas. This was April 12. The said it would be May before a tech co u l check it out. So what do you think- you pay 13 grand to prote c t you from power outages but when it is faulty you are at the mercy of what appears to be a lack of technicians and VERY poor service. Its April 29 and havent heard back from them. The say they will call back and dont. Recommend you stay away frpm thi compNy!"

It is perfect with all cables concealed. I had others quote me around the same price (some higher), but tell me they would leave a large hole in my wall I would need to repair. Terry said absolutely not...that is not professional. He truly was the epitome of a professional, he was meticulous in his install and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. He was very friendly. Definitely one of the better experiences we have had with any contract work we have had done in our home. I am so glad we found Tery and his business Techelp4you. Would definitely recommend to others and will be hiring him for future work on our next home."

After additional follow ups from me, he sent a quote for nearly $1,000 more to ?fix? the driveway by rolling and compacting it, which is the exact work that should have been done the first time. I had already paid several thousand dollars for a fresh driveway, so being asked to pay extra just to have the job done correctly was surprising and frustrating. I asked if we could meet in the middle on the added cost, and never heard back."
