I reached out to the owner that I had made the appointment with and he came himself, at the original appointment time. I was satisfied with the service."

I had some other people there preparing for some other work to be done, so I lost track of time, but I think he spent way over two (2) hours making sure the lock had a smooth opening and that I didn't have to use a Karate kick to get it to work.
