"Did not use this contractor"

"The crew arrived within the time block given. They worked swiftly and efficiently to replace all our windows, and were able to do it all in one day. Given they were 80 year old Steel casement windows with original glass and no standard sizing or installation, that was No Small Feat. KUDOS TO JOHN and his crew for that and are worth EVERY PENNY. We also had glass block installed in our basement windows--that was a fantastic installation job as well. We are extremely happy with our windows--they brighten and lighten the rooms and do an excellent job of insulating. The folks at American Weathertechs were polite and professional and enjoyable to deal with."

"We hired Windows Direct to replace all the windows in our home. The process from start to finish was easy. The sales guy listened to our concerns and requests. He also answered any questions we had and helped us to get to the right windows for us. Once the install was scheduled the team that came out was Steve and Chris. Both were very professional, communicated as to what they were doing and cleaned up before they left. Would definitely recommend Windows Direct to anyone researching window replacements."

"They are very efficient and always on time. They even painted parts of the door so it would match. His crew is very polite, professional, and they kept me in the loop during the whole project."

"We had Window Depot swap our sliding glass door for windows and some windows for a sliding glass door. I was surprised and pleased when Devin - who quoted the job - actually was the one - with his brother - to do the work. Both Devin and Drew were conscientious workers - very hard workers - who did a great job with our project. We couldn't be happier with the price, product and people at Window Depot of Cincinnati!"

"The work went well. The only problem was that closet doors were an odd shape, which was not the fault ofAll Around Joe."

"Installed 5 windows, a bay window and a door. Very quick and efficient workers. They were on time on a very cold, sleety, day"

"Everything was done extremely well! Owners were very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Workers did a great job and got everything done quickly. Absolutely trust and would use them again for future business."

"Nice windows and doors. The bad thing about their business is no customer service. After the product is installed, no follow up. If an issue arises after the installation and called in, there is no follow up and you are on your own."

"They installed windows for us. We found one window that was barely cracked. They came right back out and replaced it right away. The windows are very high quality and they are easy to clean. It so nice to have the new windows!"
