"I had communication issues and service delays with Affordable Lawn Care. Their bid came in the lowest so I selected them based on that and the owner's willingness to work with me on adjusting the price after I offered to perform some of the prep work myself, such as weeding my flower beds and removing and replacing a dead bush. I should have insisted on a written proposal instead of relying on text messages from the owner because there were numerous misunderstandings as a result of that. Because of equipment issues (his truck broke down and the second one was in an accident) it took him several weeks before he could finish my yard. Afterwards, I had to ask him to come back and redo a section of my yard that I felt was not done as expected providing more mulch and trenching my island better so the mulch wouldn't runoff in the rain. Overall, they do good work but it took too long to get the job done."

"The response from the owner has been fabulous. A whole team showed up. They pointed out a roofing issue that will need repaired. The quality of their lighting is great and they guarantee the price for 3 yrs. Call them if you are in need of Christmas lighting. I think they also provide mowing services. Nice people!"

"Great customer service. Stumbled a little getting started. Time will tell. Follow-up: I used this company for 2 years. They were marketed as "customized" service for the unique needs of my lawn. The lawn was in very bad shape when I purchased the home, with large patches of crab grass and invasive yard plants. Although I did not get the "customized" treatments promised, the company did come back to spot treat problem areas if I called them to complain. They also failed to treat the far back areas of my lawn (outside the fence line) until I complained. Overall, the company helped to get my yard healthy again, but they did not offer the customized service that was quoted to justify their slightly higher than average price tag. I feel like I got adequate service and results, but not a 5-star company."

Call Go Green Irrigations and they came and checked the system, which needed work, and made several trips to get it back to working. "I needed to have my sprinkler system winterized. After a couple of failed attempts with other companies returning my phone calls, I connected with Sunrise Irrigation. Scheduled the appointment and Mike showed up and took care of everything. He made a couple of good recommendations to improve the system and identified a hole in one of my lines. He marked it and indicated I should fix in the spring. I will definitely be calling Sunrise Irrigation to fix the system before next season."
