Chris and his son were great to work with to update my very dated 1960's kitchen. He made the process less stressful and affordable, and he is honest. I had all new cabinets, plus adding new cabinets, granite countertops, flooring, and backslash done. Chris is very knowledgeable in his craft, and the company and contractors he used were great, too. The cabinets are very well made and solid, I just love them! The granite countertops are beautiful, and the guys who did my floors and backslash great. I love my new kitchen, thank you, Chris. From the first day we met to discuss our project, which was a complete redesign of our converted city loft, we begin to exchange ideas and align on our vision for the project. "I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! Truly a good company to work with. A++"

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

Greystone Interiors was a pleasure to work with from day one.  Pat came out to meet us to give us an estimate.  She was prompt and courteous.  We decided to work with Greystone because of their responsiveness and the fact that they help you as much as you need in the design and decision making process.  We had met with other contractors before that basically just tell you to go to the store and pick out what you want without any help or guidance.

We met with Pat at their showroom to select the cabinets and she met us at other stores before construction began to select the granite, backsplash, etc.  She was very helpful by guiding without being pushy about her opinions.

When the work began, the other owner Dale was on-site everyday of the construction until the job was almost completed.  All of the workers that came were courteous and trust-worthy and very respectful of our living space.  We were amazed at how quickly the job was progressing along the way.  We also were amazed at how well they cleaned up everyday after the day's work was completed.

At the end of the project, there were just a couple of small things that we asked to be touched up/repaired and they came promptly without question to complete the tasks. 

We love how beautifully the kitchen turned out and we are super happy with the overall experience, which you don't often hear when people are doing a kitchen remodel.

We definitely would call on Greystone again for any future home remodeling needs and we definitely would recommend them to our friends and family.

"This was a very positive experience.  Jacob came to my house to measure my countertop space, brought me a sample of the finished product, made sure he understood what I was looking for.  About a month later he brought the countertop in and installed it.  He was always prompt, courteous, and paid much attention to detail.  He kept me informed along the way.  His install team was just as professional as he was.  I really appreciate that he is an artist and looks at the project through an artist's eye.  I would definitely commission him again and have already recommended him to friends."
