"Work completed in one long day  Flashing repair required extensive reworking due to 2 layers of shingles.  Instead of repairing flashing around an unused chimney, it was determined that it would be better to dismantle chimney above roof and re-roof over the hole left behind.  I agreed and work was completed for same price as repair alone.  Cleanup was complete (hauled away all old material from chimney and all other construction debris).  When completed, unless you know the extensive roofing repairs needed, you cannot see where the original shingles start and new ones end.
