When Sherron Brown pulled off the trim piece, he found water behind our siding and black rotting plywood. He and his crew explained everything and what would be needed to fix it, and rather than scheduling a new time to come out, fixed it all in one day. They did a great job, fixed everything correctly, and were super friendly while doing it. I would gladly hire them again."

When I expressed a concern - the salesman Keith showed up to discuss and help explain things. Chris shared idea about ways I could cover exposed pink batt insulation with TYVEK wrap, etc - since I store things in all 3 areas insulated. Great job and super pleasant team. "The salesperson who came out was very nice and professional - however, he did not tell me that I needed to have everything in the basement 3 feet from the walls.  This caused us to scramble on the day of installation and i'm certain that this made it more difficult for the installers as well.  Additionally, no one had warned me of how strong the smell would be initially and I had to scramble a bit to get my very young family out of the house to avoid it and/or off-gassing.  The installers arrived on time and were ready to roll.  They did an excellent job insulating the rim joists and did a pretty good job of cleaning up.  There were some spots where I had to scrape the insulation off of the floor and wall.  Overall, I would recommend them for small jobs such as this.
