"What a wonderful service my AC went out and it was very hot. They came and they gave me a great price. They installed the new unit they cleaned up. They explained to me why it went out and they also tuned up my furnace in the winter with their furnace repair and maintenance and services. Make sure you keep your ducts clean, make sure that you have your furnace serviced because if not, you don?t wanna run out of heat in the middle of the winter, but Jackson Management and Development came to the rescue all praised to the Most High."

"Alan quoted the installation of a Ream Heater, Tankless Hot Water System, and a Mini Split at my home. Installation and interactions were very professional. I was asked to "trust" Alan as part of the job was to charge the system but it was too cold in March to do so. Frankly speaking I really don't trust contractors in general and felt very uneasy having paid Alan in full but I took him at his word and waited for the Freon once it warmed. If the actual furnace is turning on at the same time as the AC and hot and cool air are coming into the home, it could be a result of incorrect writing to a new thermostat or new systems.

Unfreezing an AC unit is not a DIY project unless the problem is a dirty air filter. Changing out an air filter is easy for homeowners, but otherwise, trying to repair ductwork, refill refrigerant, or replace a blower fan motor are tasks best left to the pros. However, choosing an AC with BTUs that match the size of your room or house, your unit will cool your space efficiently.
