I was impressed that he was not a sub-contractor as the service I had been using. I could be assured of quality work each time they came to my house. I liked how clean and organized his Mr. Handyman truck was, and the quality of his tools. Here, I thought, is a real professional who takes pride in his work. The entire structure was well made. I was especially concerned that the step railing was sturdy and made to last .He even brought his own generator to power his tools, since there was no easy access to an outside outlet, and I needed to leave for a while.
