"I hired Doug's Homes Services to replace a rim joist under our patio door that had water and termite damage. Once they removed the door, they realized that other wood needed replaced as well. They worked on it until everything was replaced and reinstalled the patio door. They kept me updated during the job. Doug charged a reasonable rate, and I was very impressed with their work. "Karl did a phenomenal job building our nursery. Before starting construction he did a walk though of the room and took the time to really get to know my wife and I and understand our vision. He was timely and prompt and an excellent communicator. Before proceeding to the next step of our plan he would stop and confer with us to ensure the work was done properly. The finished product was just how we envisioned it. Installing the beadboard with a molding and rope finish really brought our room to life! During clean up he was thorough to not leave a mess and leave the room better than when he started. I would be hire Karl again for our other home renovations."
