Like my experience with Cincinnati Gutter boys, the service, professionalism, and job quality was outstanding. It was a HUGE job (picture is for a portion of only the top deck), with a lot of need for coordination, but they took it on at a very fair price and did an amazing job. Even our general contractor's finish carpenter commented on what a great job they did and in my experience, contractors rarely praise someone else's work. He additionally has attention to detail and the unique ability to look at an issue and then develop a solution to correct that specific problem. "The work was done over 2 days. He was punctual both days. The backsplash tile I chose contained a mixture of glass tiles and natural stone. The work he did was not great. The cuts he made were chipped and uneven. I called the company who sent him back the next day and although he worked on it for awhile, it still looked poorly done. I ended up having a licensed tile installer redo the areas for $115. Also, after the installation of the new light fixture, I had issues with the light tripping the electrical circuit. I had an electrician come out and he said the light had been installed improperly and that was causing the issue. He reinstalled the light. Another $115. The Mr. Handyman technician did a decent job with the pass-thru. The only negative is that when he selected the area of the board to cut, he chose the area with a clear knot in the wood to face out. A more careful carpenter would have inspected the board first and let the knot end up in the waste cut. But it was easily concealed with the trim piece I chose to install after seeing it. I would probably not use Mr. Handyman again."

"The tiles in our master bath shower were original to house and so with 20 plus years of "use" they were just getting old.  The water sealant had failed.  The tiles were falling off and the board underneath were in danger of water damage.  Plus the shower door itself had accumulated hard water buildup.  
Greg had patched a large hole in our drywall, so I contracted with him for the shower repairs.  He and Jerry again were terrific. Arrived on time both days.  They removed the shower door and support structure.  While Greg cleaned it (took awhile --- that hard water build up was tough), Jerry removed the lower third or so of the shower tiles, replaced them with new tiles, and recaulked the entire set of seams.  Then they reinstalled the shower door.
The shower is just great.  Clean.  Bright.  Looks as if the house itself were brand new.    Both times now, I have been very happy with the work Greg and Jerry have done.   They have become my "go to" guys for any future home repairs we may need.
