236 They had done some work for our family so we hired them. We knew them. We have a old home with a roof siding. It was in a bad shape. They spent several weeks painting it. They took a lot of time and painted. It looks great. It cost $4000 for all of the work. They were here for several weeks....
They are very professional and very nice. We are going to have them do indoor painting this winter, they also clean our exterior windows. The owner and her nephew are the ones who do the work, they started the business this year. Will travel about a 30 mile radius from Loveland.

I noticed they were cutting corners but they assured me they knew what they were doing. Fast forward 4 months later, paint starts to literally fall off. Rotted wood was painted over and not replaced. A neighbor recommended Wulfhorst Painting and Remodeling and I'm grateful they did. Brad and his team fixed their sloppy work and it looks absolutely amazing. And they had to start from scratch, pressure washing, removing peeling paint, and replacing rotten siding. It took them one week and I couldn't be happier. Reached out to the painter 2 days before to discuss colors, but was not ready to start on the proposed start date. Started 2 days late. Discussed 2 paint colors on the day and the painter said they could not complete the work as originally discussed due to detail on the trim. Did not set up to contain old pain chipped away from trim all around the house. Paint chips were left on the porch patio and in the yard. Discussed clean-up expectations with workmen present but unsure of understanding of the request. Painters were not very respectful of our yard and even poured pain in my flower beds where I grow vegetables etc. After the job conclusion paint chips were not completely cleaned up and are still out I'm my yard. I have tested chips and they contain lead. I have contacted the contractor and they are supposed to come to clean up on 12/6. If the yard is contaminated with pain after clean up I may seek additional compensation to cover any remediation needed."
