First of all, Cleveland took plenty of time to go thorough options, talk about the positives and negatives to consider, explained how they did things as well as what I needed to do to make things run smoothly. I had looked up normal pricing for these kinds of projects and the price was very fair. We set a date, he contacted me to confirm the date, and he and the workers showed up on time.
