"I originally had my floor done by a company out of Northern Kentucky and it was awful! I didn’t even attempt to call him back to fix it. I reached out to Cleveland and sent him some pictures and a video of how bad it was. He contacted me and said that they could fix the floor. It was basically putting a floor on a floor. He sent Antonio out and when I got home around 1:45 in the afternoon, it already looked a thousand times better! Antonio was very informative and very proud of the work he does. They found mold in one of the bathrooms and took care of it quickly, making it safe to be back home. When I built a new home 4yrs ago, I hired them to install the new flooring in my kitchen.
