Highly professional, accommodating, and delivered a product above what we even imagined. We couldn?t be happier with the carpet and LVP installation in our house. We get compliments from most guests that we have had in our, new to us, house. Thank you to Kelsey for working with our budget and giving us a warm refresh to our house. This company did an amazing job on our home. I didn't see my house before we bought it and when I walked in, I immediately needed to change the floors to make it a space I enjoyed. I found Mccoy Flooring Installation company online and saw that her reviews were outstanding. She made an appointment very quickly (we were moving furniture in the day she came!), she made it very convenient by bringing the mobile samples to my house, and gave a thorough presentation of the product. When she sensed that timing was very important for me, she even moved things around so I could get my floors done sooner rather than later ,making it far easier for me to get settled in my new house. The finished product looks outstanding and I cannot say enough good things about the process - start to finish (her team will move your furniture for you). I would definitely use them again for future flooring needs
