I reached out to Cleveland and sent him some pictures and a video of how bad it was. He contacted me and said that they could fix the floor. It was basically putting a floor on a floor. He sent Antonio out and when I got home around 1:45 in the afternoon, it already looked a thousand times better! Antonio was very informative and very proud of the work he does.
