My initial email inquiry was answered quickly and in detail personally by the owner. Everyone in the company was polite, professional and went out of their way to make our buying experience extremely positive and easy. We were given plenty of time alone in the showroom to look the granite slabs over without any pushy salespersons hoovering around. However, when we needeed one, Anna was extremely professional and helpful. Del even moved a slab for us to compare side-by-side with another. All appointments were made during our initial visit for the templating, layout and installation. All costs were fully explained in detail without any surprise costs or add-ons (and the new sink was included along with tear out of our old countertops). Their pricing was competitive with anywhere else we looked, plus our new granite counters were installed within 3 weeks of signing our contract. They do everything from their location with their own people. No contractors or third parties. Jesse and his team of installers were right on time, polite, professional, paid attention to detail and went above and beyond with some on site fabrication. The hardest part of the process was picking our granite from all the many beautiful slabs on site

On the day of the install, Bob and another one of his installers showed up on time, completed the install in 1 day, and left the job 100% completed and cleaner than when they arrived. Bob and his installer took extra steps to make sure everything was perfect, the joint in the granite countertop is nearlly impossible to notice! I have used other granite installers before I used "The Granite Guy", but I will never use anyone else besides Bob again

There are many people that write the review right after everything is freshly done and new and I think that sometimes they are still in the "honeymoon phase". By waiting I have lived with the counters and have had the chance to find any problems (there were none). We looked at A LOT of fabricators. The quality of The Granite Guy was second to none. They were great from beginning until end. Every phase was awesome, from the folks at the store to the installers. For me I only plan on redoing this kitchen the one time, so quality was the most important thing to me. The seams are almost impossible to find. I have had tons of people try to find them and unless I narrow it down to a six inch section they are never seen. I am so very pleased and would not only recommend them I will gladly use them again for anything that I may need

"From start to finish...perfectly! Everyone we dealt with in the process was so professional. Our salesperson, Chad, was attentive to detail, very knowledgeable & helpful. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Joe, who measured/ lazered for the dimensions, was so well trained, friendly and all fit perfectly! Don, the sawyer who cut the Quartz was able to avoid having to make 25 1/2 inch seams on both sides of our "bat-winged' counter at the sink. Instead, he worked his craft skillfully leaving 3 inch 'unnoticeable' seams on each short side of the rectangular sink. Craftsmen Home Improvements, Inc. was established in 1993 primarily to perform bath and kitchen remodeling. Several years later, finishing basements, installing new windows, doors and siding were added at the request of many customers. Award winning.
"We contracted with Craftsmen in January 2021 to remodel my wife's bathroom (with an estimated start date 16-18 weeks out)--removing the bulkhead/soffit over the tub, installing backerboard, tiling the entire tub surround, installing all new tub/shower hardware/fittings and shelving/towel rack, a new vent fan, and replacing the old hollow door with a six-panel door. [We've used Craftsmen a couple other times in the past: once about six years ago to remodel our entire kitchen (excellent job) and again a couple years ago to completely remodel our master bath (another excellent job).] Craftsmen called a week or so ago and told us they had an opening and asked if they could start sooner than projected. We said "yes", and they had their highly competent 3-man crew (Micah/Team Leader, Isaac & Marcus) start the work the following week (March 29). Our salesman/Kevin came out with the crew on Day 1 to make sure everyone (including us) was on the same page for the work to be done. The Craftsmen crew were very personable and professional. They kept us in the loop every step of the way as the renovation went on. A Craftsmen supervisor/Ron came out midway through the work to make sure everything was going as planned. Micah even went above and beyond: when routing the new vent fan exhaust to the roof, he noticed pooling water in the attic insulation. [We'd had our roof replaced about 9 years ago (one year within the warranty) and, apparently, there'd been some leakage.] He took pictures and we contacted the roofing company to come and make repairs (pending). I imagine most other companies would've ignored the problem and just moved on with their contracted task at hand. The crew finished up in five days (within the projected timeframe) and did a superb job. My wife is completely thrilled with the result. All that's left is for us (her) to pick out a wall color and paint. We highly recommend Craftsmen Home Improvements. From our multiple experiences with them, they're work is exceptional and reasonably priced
