Gardner restoration was amazing. They came and drew up a detailed estimate with precise measurements. They arrived on time and cleaned up daily which I appreciated since we have 7 month old. We were annoying and asked for additional work during the process and they kindly obliged. It took a about 1 week, a little longer than expected, but the finished product was spectacular. The wall and ceiling patching was seamless. In order the make the ceiling match I think they painted the ceiling in the entire room. I plan on using them again for multiple projects in our house. As with all contractors I have learned that you must schedule far in advance (at least 6-8 weeks) before they can start a project.

Mike Gardner the owner is nice and looks out for the costumers best interest. I have really enjoyed working with his staff. They are all friendly! Sarah, Marty, and Martine have all been so kind and always made me feel like as a costumer I mattered!

Could not have gone better.  The books needed to be carefully packed and put back on the shelves in the order in which they were arranged and this was accomplished wonderfully. The painting job was wonderfully done. Gardner contracted with Flooring America to put down my flooring and that went very well. The job took the time they estimated and the cost was very reasonable. The company was great to deal with. Jack Roach, their estimator, was just terrific to work with. Very pleased.

As a company, very friendly.  Mr. Gardner was the saving grace of this company and kept this review from being much worse.  With that being said, the day to day workers were of limited competency and caused much stress to me and especially my wife.  Plumbing was installed from garbage disposal that leaked, turned out the plastic pipe was crimped and damaged on the inside.  I ended up fixing this myself.  Sink had a loose faucet that required two or three repeat trips to repair.  Ceiling light over kitchen sink had poor spackling above it that required three trips to fix.  The light still appears skewed slightly. Countertops had a noticeable seam crack that needed realignment of the countertop.  Lazy Susan doors were crooked.  I ended up having to realign them myself and noticed that a large piece of the cabinet behind the hinge was damaged preventing it from being properly attached.
All in all a bad experience, but not due to Mr Gardner trying to remedy these things, we were just fatigued with all the repeat trips after several months.  If he had more competent workers things would have gone better.  The one good worker we had ended up having to leave the company and the workers remaining were not quite up to the task.

The company worked very well with my insurance adjuster. The roofers were professional, courteous and diligent in ensuring no roofing nails were left lying around. All aspects of the work were done efficiently .

The restoration of the house turned out very well. It took about six months to complete the job which we had agreed upon. They finished on the scheduled date and kept me very informed of what they were doing. They worked well with the insurance company. When we had the final inspection we found a couple things that needed to be looked at, they were extremely responsive and came back out. I was very impressed with the company and how the site manager or owner was always there. They were also very accommodating and flexible to work with.

They did an excellent job. It took the main crew of three about 6-8 weeks to complete the work. We were in a biding process to buy the property. Once we had the bid they were able to start the job in two weeks. The whole process went well.

The project took longer than expected, and he used subcontractors, for the electrical, plumbing, and tiling. I was very happy with all the subcontractors except the plumbers. They didn't clean up after themselves, and didn't connect drain properly. They also wore muddy shoes in my house and left trash. Everyone else however did a great job, and the main contractors fixed all the plumbing issues at no cost to me. Mike the project manager, always was available for any of my questions and concerns, and to their credit, they always listened to me, and worked with me. The style of the quote was exactly what you want, a line by line itemized contract. I work in contracting and felt their pricing was very fair, and they were very professional about everything. Some mistakes were made throughout like the initial size of the shower surround (for example), but this was all corrected. I really felt like everyone on his team did a great job to make me feel comfortable with what they were doing each day. I really love my master bath now. I paid for all items in room myself (bath, vanity, tile, shower items, faucets, lighting, ect), so in all it was probably more like 20K$, but I've very happy with the result. In construction, things never go 100% perfect, its how the dealt with the issues which was all about customer service, and I would definitely work with these guys and gals again.

They did show up on time, and it was only a little inconvenient making appointment timeframes. You could not just book a time over the phone but in the end, I got the date I wanted for repair after some phone and email tag. An estimate was sent through the mail, and I loved the way they broke down the estimate so I could tailor it to how I wanted. I didn't need them to paint or replace the baseboards for example so I had them take that off. Overall, Darryl did our drywall, It took 2 days, only because it had to dry after the first day before touchups. It really was done well and ontime, and the price was great. It was nearly one half of what others had quoted(because I could tailor it to what I needed). I would recommend them to anyone. I can only imagine it was a little harder to book because they do a job well and have a lot to schedule. We would definitely use them again for any repair or remodel work.
