It was great. Josh Betts returned my call first thing the next morning, and he was at the property quickly (and on a Sunday). Josh was right on time for the walk-through with our contractor. We had the repair plans the following afternoon. Josh is clearly very knowledgeable. I would recommend Betts Structural with absolutely no hesitation

Bob is a great guy and a highly expert engineer with decades of experience. Completely honest and will not sell you anything you don't need. Came out right away, spent a long time talking with me and reassured me that a basement floor crack was a concrete shrinkage issue and not at all a structural concern. All for free. He took a huge worry off my mind and wouldn't even let me buy him a cup of coffee! I'll recommend him 1,000 times!!

Lou jacked up and added supports for a joist in my basement that was sagging. He got the work done in a timely manner and was easy to work with and the floor above is level now! He was able to do it without cracking any of the plaster on the floor above too. I'd definitely hire him again!

I would definitely hire Clink Builders again and would recommend them without reservation. There was approximately six months between when we signed the contract and when they were able to begin our project, but they were worth the wait. Their communication throughout the project was excellent and I was kept abreast of their progress, concerns, and project modifications throughout. I feel confident in the work that they completed and was impressed with the thorough nature of their clean up and communication throughout

I recommend Clink Builders and Contracting without hesitation. Bill Clink is professional, very knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. Bill is an expert in his field, and his crew is composed of skilled professionals who not only know their trade very well, but are always professional and courteous. The work we contracted Bill to do was complicated, so I’d like to go into some detail to describe what Clink Builders was able accomplish. Our home was built in the 1850s and one part of the basement was created in about the 1930s. The wall created in the 1930’s was in disrepair with leaning and shifting and multiple cracks and was going to collapse inward. During heavy rains, water would literally pour in through the wall. To complicate matters, our gas, water, and sewer, and electrical lines and breaker box were located along this wall. In other words, the entire wall had to be excavated without interfering or damaging any of those lines. We had consulted several contractors and Bill Clink was the only one who assured us that none of the lines or electric box would have to be moved, and he assured us our water, gas, and electricity would never be shut off during the process. Because of Bill’s many years of experience and reputation, we chose him for the job and are very pleased with the results. I’m not an expert, but it seems to me this was a very complex job. The house had to be supported on jacks, the exterior excavated without disturbing any of the lines, and the wall demolished and removed before a new foundation wall could be put in. Bill and his crew did all of this work without any issues, and the end results are fantastic. As Bill promised, none of our utilities were shut off during the process, and we did not have to vacate the house at any time. We cannot be more pleased with the work. The work done included excavating the foundation exterior, remove existing foundation wall, drain tile work and new downspouts, footer, build new wall with rods drilled into the footer, exterior wall plastered and sealed, seed, fertilizer and straw areas for new grass. Even though over two dump trucks of dirt and debris were removed from our property during the process, our property was left very clean… The new foundation wall is very solid, made with 12 inch block and reinforced every 48 inches. Bill put in a new drainage/downspout system and the wall is dry even during recent heavy rainfall. Bill gave us regular updates throughout the job and his crew was efficient, respectful and worked quickly. The entire job was complete in a little over a week. We found Bill to trustworthy, reliable and conscientious. He is thorough and does top notch work. Dottie, who works in the office, was a joy to work with and always helpful and dependable. It’s important to note that Bill personally supervised the work and was always available to answer any questions. His crew, which included his son, was outstanding. I highly recommend Clink Builders and Contracting

I have a split level house with a slab on one side of house which was sinking. I had been looking for quite a while for someone to fix this problem but on one matched my needs. I found Bill on Angie's List and he contacted me right away. Bill was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of my slab problem and had done this type of work before. He projected confidence, honesty, assurance, timeliness, and reliability. His quote was very reasonable. In addition, he does (or will get the right person) to complete the various other additional tasks, I requested, (in a timely fashion). In my case these tasks included replacing a fireplace wall/hearth, Mantle, laying ceramic tile, painting, woodwork replacement, laying carpeting, and other minor tasks. Bill and his wife Dottie were great and very personable. They always got back to me quickly with any concerns I had and updates. Their crew (which was also family) were great, friendly, knowledgeable, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and were very helpful. I was very pleased with the entire job they did for me and would highly recommend them. They really went out of their way to complete my job

My wife and I are in the market to purchase a home . We had looked at many homes and found one which we liked and were prepared to make an offer to purchase it. The major area of concern to use was that there were several large vertical cracks in two basement walls and the waterproofing system didn't appear to be doing a good job. Thank goodness we decide to have the issue looked at before making an offer. We spoke to structual engineer who recommended Clink Building and Concrete. We followed up by going to Angie's List to see how their cusotmer rates had been. After reviewing the ratings we knew Bill was the person to get in touch with. We had several telephone conversations outlining the our situation concerning the issues with the property. We made an appointment for Bill to due an inspection of the property. He is a Top Notch Professional and has been in the business since 1969. Bill looked at everything both inside and out and kept us informed about all of the issues and what was need to correct them.Bill said that there were several approached to correcting the issues but that there was only one correct way to do them. I felt that his estimate was right on considering what needed to be done. Unfortunately we did not get the home as someone came in with what we felt was too high of and offer, considering the work which would be reqiured.to correct the issues with the home. We are very happy that we did not follow the advise of some people who suggested just making an offer and see what would happen after the inspection. We wolud like to thank Bill for his time and honesty. We would strongly recommed that anyone in need of a true professional who is Licensed,Bonded and Insured would contact Bil Clink. Check his website and see all of the areas of expertise he has

"Josh was great. Extremely knowledgeable and quick to diagnose issues while also explaining himself along the way. He was patient with my lack of understanding in certain areas. Felt like we made the right choice in trusting him early in our meeting. Definitely recommend."

"We contacted Imperial Waterproofing, Inc when our County Public Works Dept informed us we had to complete mandatory repairs to our Sanitary and Sewer lines from the street to the house. Using Angie's List, we obtained 10 Estimates and Imperial was the lowest. After we informed Ray (the owner) he was picked for the job, he immediately got to work pulling the permits. He also told us payment would not be due until AFTER the work was completed (this was new to us as contractors in the past wanted most up front). Ray and his crew arrived on time, completed the work as agreed, and were some of the most professional contractors we've ever dealt with.

"Due a worsening seepage issue in my basement during heavy rains, in August of 2014 I called Mural & Sons. Although I'd used them about a decade or so ago and had a great experience and excellent long-term results, I researched them on Angie's List just to confirm they were still performing well. I was reassured by all the positive reviews.
I'd originally dealt with Robert years ago but this time Greg came out to assess the situation. He was very friendly, took the time to explain everything and answer my questions, and initially offered two options for repairing the problem. One was going to be a much more complicated and labor-intensive (and thus costlier) effort, with the end result being essentially the same--to eliminate the uncontrolled seepage. In the end he recommended the less costly option since my basement isn't finished and the cost for the other option was going to be nearly double. He said the simpler option was a common, cost-effective solution. He said their quote, which I received a week or so later in the mail, was good for 12 months.
I waited until April of 2015 to initiate the work. It took quite a bit of back and forth to schedule the date--I obviously contacted them when they were already full swing into the season's work, plus this type of work can always mean unplanned delays; at the same time, I also had some limitations on scheduling because I wanted someone here in case there were questions. I worked with Christine through the months, who was very friendly and quick to respond and update me. Everything finally came together in early June and they started work.
A three-man crew came out. They were friendly and worked hard. (They even made a point to stay aware of the neighborhood cat we'd been taking care of, who was visiting them during their work each day, lol.) Overall the work was done as promised and seems to be of the same high quality I experienced years ago. There was one hiccup but it was quickly remedied. The rains hit within a few days of their finishing the work and the sump pump has been doing its job wonderfully. I will update the status of the work later in the year.

"DJ was very professional and thorough. He called 15 minutes prior to let me know he was coming. Upon arrival he quoted me a price and I asked if that included the promised 10% discount. He confirmed with his company that I was indeed entitled for the discount. He then proceeded to clean the tree roots which were very dense blocking my sewer lateral. It required more than one passage of the 4” cutter to clear the roots from the sewer but DJ stuck with it until he was satisfied that the job was properly completed. The project took a little bit over 1 hour to complete.
"Our home is a converted barn and this is a very large roof, which needed a total tear off and replacement and the skylight in the upstairs bathroom was also being replaced. Nathan and his worker, Rod, were great. We had miserable weather so that is why it took 2 weeks. They took their time to do everything right. We only had one issue come up during construction that presented a problem, but Nathan took care of that too, making everything right. They did a great job and the roof looks great and I know we will use Nathan for any future projects because he is a carpenter by trade, even though his company does roofing as well.
Cleanup was great and he is very professional, organized, prompt and thorough. He takes a lot of pride in his work and we really like that about him. He is also a SUPER nice person in general and I would HIGHLY recommend him for any jobs, large or small.
This was a VERY hard job because of the mere size and height of the roof and even though he said this was the second hardest job he had ever done, he never complained and was just extremely professional. You need anything done in your home? HIRE NATHAN ARNOLD CONSTRUCTION!
