"Hi [Member Name Removed], This is Sara with Arise. Thank you for your review. I wish you would have come to me with any concerns about this. You have not contact anyone at Arise about a refund for that 200.00 but as far as we are concerned that was paid, because He did spend time doing some work on your home the first day. That is paying for the materials and time he spent working. Yes, he did make the mistake of quoting the work done for far cheaper than it needed to be. Yes, after realizing he was not able to complete the work with just scaffolding due to the angle of the roof, he would then need to rent a lift to get it to completion. Those are done through sunbelt/home dept. and depending on the demand and location at the time the cost can be high. So weather it was Arise Restoration completing the work or another company of your choice it was going to be a hard area to reach and it was not going to be a cheap fix. I apologize for that. I'm not sure why he said for you to do the rental. I know he was extremely backed up with work that month and trying to keep things going that specific week, so that could have made it faster. Other than that, he mentioned to me that he thought you were not confident in him doing the work because he said he needed to change to a life and figured you didn't want to move forward with the remaining work after him explained the lift needed rented to finish the job. He said you never reached back out after that. We don't spend time chasing down clients because we don't like to bother people if they don't want to go through with work. So again I apologize if there was some sort of miss communication or if you felt ignored. He hardly is able to answer is own phone because hes on a job. The quality of his work is speaks for its self. If you have already found another Contractor for this job. That completely understood. If your would like to reach out to ME( Sara, 216-396-5351) by phone and set up the work to be completed in a timely manor. Let us know! Thank you for your review, It will help is grow"
