Our team of highly skilled tradesmen& craftsmen strive to perform the best job possible at all times & maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction & professionalism every step of the way. We use licensed subcontractors for plumbing and electrical work. We have developed a highly diverse level of clientele ranging from the budget minded to high end. Every job receives the same level of attention to detail & customer satisfaction whether its budget, middle or high end. Every year we continue to expand our customer base through phenomenal customer satisfaction & a can do attitude. We are also now dealing with commercial accounts & maintenance accounts with big box retailers & service companies throughout the region. We have continually expanded our operations steadily every year & have not been affected by the ailing economy due to our exceptional customer service &timely completion time. As we have grown, we have not forgotten the little things that have helped us to achieve our goals. Every job site is left cleaner than when we originally arrived just to ensure that the customer is not responsible for putting things back together after we are gone. We offer flexible hours of operation & will work with each customer in any way necessary to accommodate their schedules & individual needs associated with their job & their day to day lives.

John and crew stayed on the job until it was done - consecutive work days (a super big deal for us!);- 4. totally cleaned up at the end of each day; and 5. no surprises - clear billing and stayed within budget. The kitchen overhaul in next!"

"They were hired to replace a tub, fixtures, and put in tile surrounding the tub with a niche and 2 shelves. We also had them re route a vent pipe in a separate bathroom so that it is past the trap and not letting sewer gases into the home. We were given options for materials based on our budget and guided on who to meet with at the appropriate store to select our materials. The work was done within the timeframe we gave. They did an excellent job making the space beautiful and professionally done. They respected our home and cleaned up better than expected each day. Of course, there were unexpected issues that arose that were dealt with without concern such as having to shore up not plumb walls. The price wasn’t cheap but was reasonable. In all, they did an excellent job."
