"The first word that comes to mind in describing the demolition and renovation done by TMAK Restoration, LLC is Extraordinary! The craftmanship is nothing more than impressive! We had our bathroom and kitchen remodeled down to the studs. Our bathroom required a bathtub and floor removal, new walls, painting and a new stack. TMAK Restoration installed a new floor, walk-in shower with nooks, new commode, new vanity, all new hardware, ceiling lights and a bonus bathroom light with Bluetooth connectivity! Impressive is the best word used to describe our kitchen! Not only our family and friends are impressed, also the countertop installers, appliance delivery men also made comments on how beautiful and updated the kitchen looks! TMAK Restoration painted, installed cabinets, crown molding, fixed the plumbing and installed an over the range hood and recessed lighting . This all blended seamlessly with the stainless-steel appliances. As far as professionalism and cleanliness, Nick and Mike was consistently on time every morning. They arrived about 9:30 and stayed until 5:30 with some extra work hours put in. They did an excellent job in cleaning up, taking out the demolition materials and putting their tools away. (This is very reassuring as your home is going through a transition). Mike always asked, how we were feeling during the renovation and if there was anything he could to add to the design of the bathroom or kitchen. He truly lives by his motto in trying to give the best customer experience. Personally, I am not easily impressed, but I must admit Mike and Nick are an impressive team!"

"Viau Builders LLC just completed a major remodel of our home to include a complete redo of 1 bathroom, a extensive remodel of another bath, near total remodel of our kitchen, redo of our fireplace surround and entryway and upgrading our stairway rail and banister. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the outcomes. Matt got the right people in there and got the job done. He helped us with design and colors. He and his crew were very congenial and I'm really happy to report cleaned up each day before they left. I contacted Them to wallpaper a 54 inch by 54 inch by 8ft half bath. I was going to have everything in the little bath removed. I was also going to do the prep work; which included painting the little ceiling and removing the border. All he had to do was hang the wallpaper. I had everything he needed. The wallpaper is a simple drop match. In addition, there are really only three walls. The door takes up most of one of the walls. The job could have been completed in less than four hours. I wallpapered for 30years. I had him peg as being slick two minutes after he walked into my house. He spent to much time looking around in my house. I suspect that he was trying to figure out just how high he jack the price. The job was so simple that he could have emailed me the estimate the next day, but he did not. After two days I started emailing saying that I am waiting for the estimate, he would respond with oh its coming. However, he still had not mailed it to me. I kept emailing him, and he kept saying that its coming. Until the last time I emailed him, and he responded by saying that he mailed. I responded by saying that makes no sense, and I said why didn?t you just email me the quote instead of putting it in the mail. He then responded by saying he didn?t have my email address. Really!! My first contact with this company was via email, and ever subsequent contact was via email. Lastly, I replied my saying all you had to do was return the email; just like you have in the past. He knew he was up to no good. He was clearly tying to take advantage!!! The so called trades people on Angie?s List of some of shadiest and slickest people I think that I have ever encountered. The old corner gas stations ran themselves out of business with the same kind of behavior. It is lost, because I had intended to have a lot of interior work done this up coming year.

"Keppo Interiors will begin its work on our Bay Village home this week.  My husband and I quickly decided to contract with the company after meeting Kevin Teppo regarding our multiple needs and concerns about our 1948 home.  Kevin is a very knowledgeable professional whose total concern was learning about our home, ourselves and our vision.  Despite past poor experience with other firms, we knew during his first visit with us that we had found the right firm to work with.  This is because Kevin never tried to sell us anything, but unselfishly shared his time and expertise as we reviewed our most pressing needs.

We met with Kevin for two hours on a Thursday night and on Sunday afternoon gave him, with thanks, our $3,000 down payment.  Before any payment was made or paperwork finalized, Kevin repaired a closet in one of the bedrooms because he could and because helping is just who he is. We called Teppo Interiors because of their A-Plus Angie's List rating and glowing reviews.  I can already vouch that the reviews are there  to guide people in making a good decision to "go with" Teppo. 

He is professional, knowledgeable, and all about catering to the customer.  I can assure anyone considering home contractors to include Teppo Interiors in the quoting process.  I've been down this road before and feel certain the homeowner(s) will find the experience very positive."

"It went very, very smoothly. I had other contractors working on the house and they all said Ron's work is excellent. They did extra areas but kept the original quoted price. It went so well I had him do our lake house also. The entire house had water damage. We agreed on a price of $8,000 for that whole job. Ceilings and walls all needed work. My wife and I are extremely happy with their work.
