"I apologize for missing the consulation. I just called back a moment ago before reading this. This was the first meeting I missed this year. I apologize."

"I emailed this client prior (on 10/23) to cleanup season us stating that our price has went from $45 per man hour to $55 per man hours which is now the going rate for cleanups services. That is a 22% increase in wage, not a 40% increase. She responded in acknowledgment on 10/23 agreeing to the said rate. This is the first time my cleanup crew has received a complaint this fall season, they have received 2-3 tips from customers for their thorough work. I am in agreement with our customer on how long it took to complete the clean-up so I questioned my crew about the property in detail. Mind you one of the workers on their property doing the cleanup this year cleaned the yard last year as well - so, he is familiar with the property. After questioning my workers, they told me that there was 8 yards of leaves this year as opposed to the 5 yards from last year (nearlby double). The leaves this year were far wetter and heavier than last year. My workers have pictures to prove this. Unfortunately, I cannot control the amount of debris that we have to take away. The said client keeps telling me that my workers are slow when she arrived just as they were about to pack up and leave, She was not there to watch their pace to be able to judge whether they worked fast or slow. This client promptly paid their bill while insulting my company over and over. Stating; "This sitaution is Funny Funny" "My workers must of been working with tongs " when she was not on the property "You won't be in business much longer with prices like that" when my rates are within the market "Your hours are bogus" The client is not making sense. They stated that they thought it would take the both of them 2-3 hours to do the leaves. It took my workers 3 hours to clean the property and 30 minutes to haul the leaves away which lines up with their estimation. **This client never complained about the quality of the work, only the amount of time it took** Also, the sub-total for the job came out to $425, not $480."
"Thank you so much for leaving this great review. It was a pleasure to work with you and I thank you for your business."

"We did this job in the fall of 2017. We killed off and removed the grass and weeds and then removed them so that we could start our project from bare dirt. We then installed the groundcover plants. Therefor the finished product was bare, clean dirt and newly planted groundcover. We were suprised when our client called us back almost a year later and the groundcover patch was full of grass and weeds. At this point the job was out of the warranty period, so we could not re-do it unless we were paid to do so. In hindsight we should have urged the weeding more and communicated its importance because it got out of hand especially a year or two after the project was done."
