"The installation crew was very professional and kept me updated with the progress of the completed work. Completed work included: Installation, City inspection and approval, Electrician for the dedicated line for the sump pump and finished with concrete. I was responsible for having the plumber come in to disconnect and reinstall hot water tank and laundry tub. Quite a big job that went very smoothly."

"We bought a house six years ago that the previous owners had used EverDry to waterproof. A little over a year after purchasing the house the basement flooded because the sump pump broke. I dug out the paperwork and realized there was a small yearly renewal fee that I should have paid to keep the warranty valid, and I thought I was out of luck. The woman I spoke with was very understanding and agreed to let me catch up on the warranty and sent someone out the same day to take care of the whole mess and replace our sump pump with a brand new one.
