"Lee was fast and professional however he did not mention the required inspection because he did not want to give the government more money. I was uncomfortable with this level of integrity as I follow the laws especially inspection laws which are there to protect the consumer. He did a good job but he skipped the rest of the project he quoted without notice and stopped returning my calls. I had to find another plumber which I did and it was fine but ghosting is unprofessional."

"We bought a house six years ago that the previous owners had used EverDry to waterproof. A little over a year after purchasing the house the basement flooded because the sump pump broke. I dug out the paperwork and realized there was a small yearly renewal fee that I should have paid to keep the warranty valid, and I thought I was out of luck. I decided to call everdry anyway and explain the situation. The woman I spoke with was very understanding and agreed to let me catch up on the warranty and sent someone out the same day to take care of the whole mess and replace our sump pump with a brand new one.
