"Lee was fast and professional however he did not mention the required inspection because he did not want to give the government more money. I was uncomfortable with this level of integrity as I follow the laws especially inspection laws which are there to protect the consumer. He did a good job but he skipped the rest of the project he quoted without notice and stopped returning my calls. I had to find another plumber which I did and it was fine but ghosting is unprofessional."

"We bought a house six years ago that the previous owners had used EverDry to waterproof. A little over a year after purchasing the house the basement flooded because the sump pump broke. I dug out the paperwork and realized there was a small yearly renewal fee that I should have paid to keep the warranty valid, and I thought I was out of luck.
