He looked at the attic carefully and told me what needed to be done, that is add an additional 10 to 12 inches of blown cellulose insulation. Afterwards figured out the total cost.  I found Ray to be friendly and professional.
On the 14 of May they arrived on time, covered the stairs with a drop cloth and added at least 12 inches of the cellulose insulation in the attic, later cleaning the floor of the attic . They acknowledge Angie's coupon.

"The hinges on the door were replaced by a repair service that I have used in the past for work with no problem.  I was told after he worked on the door that the house was probably settling & I would need a carpenter to plane the doors so they would close together properly.  I found Dennis Mullaney Home Repair through Angie's list. He explained to me that the house was not settling & how to tell if that had been the problem. He explained to me that the hinges although the exact type of hinges were being used, after so many years, the thickness of the metal in the new hinges plus using the same drilled holes from the old hinges  was making the problem.  Bottom line-----He fixed my cafe doors!! They swing back and forth effortlessly.  Wonderful Home Repair Service.

"Contract was signed in Feb but by April it was apparent that our materials would not be available. New materials were selected in May and work started mid-June and was completed within 1 week. Mike F and crew were very professional, skilled and friendly. They were open to suggestions and were very diligent to get the job done. Cleanup was very good with all demo and extra materials removed. Deck looks great and should last a very long time."

"My wife and I are licensed architects and very particular and demanding of our contractors. Bob explained the technology of his products and took the time to listen and understand the job. He was flexible and able to use the particular shingle we wanted which wasn't his preferred brand. We also replaced a flat roofed porch and, on the week of the job, we asked that he install a roll roofing material that closely matched the roof shingles' color. He quickly located that particular material which was not at his usual supplier. Most contractors would not have catered to their clients as he did. His workers showed up when they said and were neat and courteous. The flat roof took much longer than expected due to the difficulty of removing the railing, but they didn't charge more. The roofs look great and we are glad to have chosen Northeast Ohio Renovations."
