I had issue with the carpet installed. It was a short textured carpet, not as dense as I thought it would be. It shows every foot print (including tread marks) and every wheel mark from the vacuum indefinitely. The carpet has no memory and does not rebound after being walked on. It's like stepping in mud where every footprint is preserved. I expressed my concern, but they said it was normal. I first heard several excuses and was told after a month it would relax and look better. Then they inspected it and told me it was the light from the windows making it look that way. Finally, they made me an offer to replace it if I bought two more rooms and a stairway in addition, but the total price was still more expensive than the competition. I ended up getting a higher quality of carpet elsewhere for less money."
