Response time was excellent. Customer service was great. I would recommend this company.

Was pretty responsive when doing the initial work, but after a heavy rain just a couple of months later, still leaks badly, probably worse than before the work. I contacted since I was told I had a 3 year warranty and they acknowledged and set up a time to inspect the issue, but never showed. Tried messaging and calling several times to get an update and NO LONGER RESPONDING. Meanwhile, each time it rains, more damage is occurring! DO NOT HIRE!!!!

Within 30 minutes of my inquiry, Ryan HannonSmith called to say he had time to come assess my roof and advise me. The problem was relatively small - but I was in a pinch for time and he came out both to assess and again to repair - all in the span of two days. He was spot on with his analysis of the problem, fast to make repairs, fair in his price (with a great guarantee) and left no question in my mind that he would be the one I'll call when I need any future help. He and his workmen were amazing. I'm very thrilled to have a local business man with such dedication, expertise and stellar customer skills. Thanks Ryan!

The business understood my urgent situation despite the threat of more thunderstorms in the next few days, and made plans accordingly with me. Additionally, they determined that more work was needed, and based on the pictures, I totally agreed. The business provided pictures of the damage to my roof and the completed repairs. Very professional and quick. They even offered advice of what is needed next to protect my roof. Highly recommend their services thank you.

On 03/11/2025, I hired Rayan from Roof DR LLC to replace the underlayment on part of my roof. He started on 03/14/2025, an hour late, and finished at 9 PM in total darkness without lights. Upon inspection, I found several issues: a hole in the right corner exposing underlayment, 24 cracked tiles (even in untouched areas where they walked and stored materials), poor workmanship around the valley and chimney, and leaks after the first rain?likely due to missing flashing. They arrived unprepared, used my materials, and took the leftovers. Worse, Rayan "accidentally" deposited my voided check and insisted on cash, forcing me to fight for a refund. His work and attitude were completely unprofessional. Avoid hiring him.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding of concerns informative of what needed to be done and why the shingles had blew off. Would hire again for other jobs if necessary. Professional.

Excellent job Fair price. Was on time, cleanup done both on ground and in gutters Can not even tell where the patching was done from ground level. I would hire him again.
