MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. It went very well and they took care of the problem by fixing the pipe and building a wooden box over it so that it wouldn't get broken again and they showed me how I could get to the pipe if need be. Also the sump pump system they put in about 3 years ago they updated it with a new battery as the old one had to have water poured in it ever so often. The new battery is maintenance free and I don't have to worry about making sure that the battery needs to be maintained.

I was very happy that it was taken care of and they did a great job.
