"Clearwater systems is sorry for the misunderstandings. Service calls are run normally in 2 to 3 days i am not sure why you were quoted 3 weeks. The equipment you have is from 1983 and while we could have fixed the equipment it is our experience that replacement would have been a better option at this time. Suggesting that it would be in your best interest to replace is not out of the ordinary. Again we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
