"Lance Cairns did much more than just concrete floors. The first time I hired him was to tear out and replace 140 year old, outdoor basement steps that had fallen in. He worked in December through rain and wind and cold. Many days I knew he couldn't work, but he showed up and worked hard. He charged $8000 dollars less than the next highest bid. He did an excellent job and I hired him the next year when we started reno on our 140 year old barn. Lance put a block foundation wall under that old barn that only had big rocks at the corners. Then he installed concrete floors where there was old wooden floors. He even had to jack up walls where they were sagging. Every job we asked him to do was not what you would call a "normal" job. He never balked or said he couldn't do it He always showed up when he said he would and he a d his crew worked hard. His price was always less than I thought it would be. I highly recommend Cairns Masonry."
