They were a couple months out and we set a date to rebuild Masonry walls (from a building fire), Rework Door Thresholds (to add a traditional garage door), and remove an old chimney. Matt even called the night before scheduled work was to commence to reconfirm. The team finished the job in 3.5 days and even patched a hole in my floor next to a door that wasn't in scope. Came in slightly under quote which helps the budget (we did not wind up needed as much replacement block). Great job guys, Thank you!"

I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. "Lance from Mr Rooter came out the same day that I called for service on a leaky toilet. The 2 hour time slot I was given was from 4pm to 6pm, and Lance was there promptly at 4pm. I was almost certain of the work that needed done, and Lance confirmed my diagnosis. What makes me give Mr Rooter such high marks, isn't the cost or the timeliness, but the quality of the work that Lance did on the job, specifically with replacing the flange. The original flange was completely rusted away and the join from the original flange, and the way it was glued, would have made replacing it very messy and potentially still leak. Lance cut away a 12" section of the PVC and created a new join, which assured a good seal. Regardless of any extra steps he had to take, the cost stayed the same as what he quoted prior to starting the work. "

"The entire waterproofing job was done in 5 days, Monday to Friday. There was a lot of work that needed to be done and it was quite extensive. All work was done according to the original quote plus there was an additional work that needed to be done that was not picked up by the original quote. We had expected some unforeseen "surprises" due to the horrible condition of the basement walls and knew in advance that this may happen. (and it did) Aside from that, everything was done according to contract and a few extra things were done that we were not charged extra for. That was a very nice gesture on the part of Stay Dry Waterproofing. We would highly recommend using Stay Dry Waterproofing to fix up your basement issues.
