"Our general contractor, Borowske Builders, steered us to Ken and Colonial Cabinets because we wanted stained cherry cabinets. Ken invited us to tour their showroom and production facilities to make sure the product they produced was what we wanted. Ken then came to our home for consultation. We had some ideas of what we wanted and Ken created a design that was tweaked and ultimately turned out great. We could not be happier with the final product."

"Horrible place. Looking for furniture, look somewhere else. Ordered furniture October 14, 2019. Advised would be about 30 days to deliver. On the 17th I began calling them. Finally got someone after several messages were left and assurance someone would call me on the 19. The person stated my sales person would call me right back. On that call back was advised somehow my furniture was never ordered. Yes, I was upset. Was told basically things happen and they would reimburse my delivery fee. Was told they would place the order and would try to rush it. I did agree to this. Started calling again after three weeks, took forever to get someone again. This time to be told I wouldn't get my stuff till after the New Year, because they go on vacation the 22nd and don't return till after the New Year. They are so pleasant when your shopping and so attentive and outstanding customer service. Once they have your money, it's a different game. You can't post a review on their site unless they approve it. BUYER BEWARE!!!HORRIBLE BUSINESS!"
